We have been in the house for a month now and are very happy with our new abode.  Thank you for all of your guidance in steering me in the right direction and helping me make the best choice.You are an amazing real estate agent and I feel very fortunate that you helped us select our new home.  There were times when I was excited about a home that needed work and with your experience in renovation you guided me and helped me understand what would be involved and good to take on and what might be a pass. When I was seduced by a home because of it's superficial charm, you informed me about the challenges of the neighbourhood. There were many times when you could have pushed a sale and I probably would have signed on the line but you were always working in my interest. You were informative without being judgemental and always fair.

Because I was from out of town and only had a week to find a home you gave me your undivided attention and filled the week with potential homes and answered all of my questions and more. Prior to my arriving, you visited homes and sent me videos and your knowledge of technology helped with this process.

Even more than this, I was impressed with what a genuine, lovely person you are. I felt lucky to have you on my side during this difficult challenge of finding a home in a weeks time.  Even after the purchase of the home, you gave me lots of advice on the area and offered to assist afterwards. The icing on the cake was the lovely gift basket you left us when we took possession. Our first evening was chilly and were were living out of a suitcase on a mattress on the floor and the gift of two fluffy robes, lovely mugs and tea was so welcome and so very thoughtful. I hope to have a chance to meet you again and have you over for coffee once we get our home set up and more organized. We are still unpacking the boxes from Hong Kong.
