Meet Tracey Dawn

  • As an educator and coach, I have served the families and communities of Victoria for over 20 years. I love Victoria and our beautiful island, and I am grateful to have lived in such a dynamic part of the world for most of my life. Facing my own life circumstances developed in me an understanding and deep appreciation for the various hurdles and stages of life, and my heart for people is what led me to earn my real estate license. I am looking forward to a long career of helping real people navigate real estate transactions with grace and patience.

    I partnered with Alice Kluge, an agent who epitomizes integrity and excellence, and we co-founded Haven Realty Group to provide a uniquely safe space in the real estate industry for clients and professionals where they can be authentic, affirmed, and appreciated.

  • Native to Vancouver Island, Alice has spent over 30 years enjoying this slice of heaven we call home. Her greatest pleasure as a Realtor® is helping clients lay roots and watching them grow as homeowners. Above all, Alice values honesty, simplicity and fairness when serving her clients. She truly believes in the no-pressure approach to helping clients, acting more as a trusted advisor. When she’s not serving clients, Alice spends her free time exploring beachside trails, playing guitar and painting west coast contemporary landscapes.

    Alice counts herself extremely lucky to have found Tracey as a partner to create Haven. What Alice admires about Tracey the most is her hardworking nature combined with her deeply human ability to care and connect with clients.
